As funny as this video is it is also sad to see watch.  I am relatively active in most of the major social media sites and often find agents pushing their services and houses on people in their social network.  As you watch this video think about how important it is to listen and what we could learn if we practiced being Wordless more than just on Wednesday.

That video is pretty funny... if you have a sense of humor. Can't imagine that conversation ever happening with one of my clients. I like to think of myself as more of a helpful consultant than a pushy salesman type.

You have to LISTEN to your client, no doubt about it but you also have to recognize what type of person he or she is and act accordingly. Very buyer or seller for that matter is different and as a sales person you have to talk their language not yours.
