Sunny Isles Beach
�Sunny Isles Beach is a city located on barrier island, Florida. It was developed as a vacation destination around year 1920. After the construction of Haulover Bridge and Biscayne Bay, Sunny Isles became accessible from other parts of town such as Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Many canals, islands and peninsulas gave Sunny Isles the look of Venice in America. This led to development of Luxury Beachfront Homes and Condominiums.
�After the construction of a few small hotels such as Golden Strand many celebrities had enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Sunny Isles. Famous Rascal House deli also called Sunny Isles as it's home.
Golden Shores community started around 1950 where houses were built on the shores of the intracoastal canal located on the north east corner of Sunny Isles Beach. A few two story motels started lining up along the beach of Sunny Isles. A pier also was built. It is still one of many destinations for visitors of Sunny Isles Beach. It has a fishing platform and a sea food restaurant.
Since the end of 1990's many changes have been taken place in Sunny Isles Real Estate. The small hotels that stood on the beaches of Sunny Isles have been demolished and replaced by Luxury Sunny Isles Condos and Condo Hotels. They now line the beaches of Sunny Isles next to one of the most expensive Cities such as Golden Beach, Aventura and Bal Harbour. �Sunny Isles is adjacent to Golden Beach Luxury million dollar homes to the north. Aventura condos, homes and Aventura shopping mall to the west and Bal Harbour condos and famous Bal Hrbour shops to the south makes it an ideal location for the most demanding resident or visitor.
Sunny Isles Beach is now home to the most luxury, full of amenities condos such as Turnberry Ocean Colony, Jade Beach, Jade Ocean, Acqualina, Ocean I, II, III and IV, Trump Towers, Trump Palace, Trump Royale, King David and La Perla to name a few.
�In the past few years Sunny Isles Beach has transformed itself into a luxury real estate getaway.
