More development proposed for Dripping Springs, Texas. Richard Kunz and Avalon development are partnering to build affordable housing on the undeveloped portion of Howard Ranch. The development will be comprised of single family residences, townhomes, apartments, and an assisted living facility. Prices are targeted from the mid $100,000's to upper $200,000's.
Pending city approvals, construction is expected to start in the second half of 2010, with the first lots ready for sale before 2011.
