This is your FREE online blogging class, Jeannett.  I want you to repost this entire blog. 

1.  Google likes the first four words of your title  ALOT!  It should be titled:  Avalon Estates - Woodmont Country Club  (google and AR don't read dashes)  Look how important those words are.

2.  Use those words in the text of the blog and bold them.

3.  Use those words as a tag.

4.  Add links.  Create a community profile page about Avalon or Woodmont and link to it.  Use several pictures.  Link to a few city or neighborhood websites.  Link to your own site too.  Google only wants to visit blogs with information; google wants to read dictionaries, not pamphlets. 

5.  Title your links and photos.  Google reads the "invisible" stuff too.  Your photos are blank.

This is an example:  http://activerain.com/blogsview/122854/Ponza-The-Colony-Bonita  (now google "ponza bonita springs" and see where it comes up.

6.  Blog about a few landmarks, malls, parks, libary and ymca and include links in future blogs.  Start building a master piece.

I would further recommend approaching describing where the house is (so tourists can get a feel for it)  The schools mentioned would be good to blog about, however, I would caution you to not violate fair housing laws by mentioning the schools.  I'd stick with malls, stores, attractions, arenas, clubs, art centers, etc.

Mouse over the photo.  There is a white square with now words in it.  When you uploaded the photos  you were given an opportunity to title and describe the photo.  You can type in "avalon" "woodmont" "woodmont at avalon" etc.  Further, you can turn these photos into links, too, adding more google juice.  Maybe go to my Ponza post again and mouse over my photos.  You'll get the picture, no pun.

It is my version of profiling "woodmont".  This is about a community called "The Colony". Now all of the listings I get in this community get linked to this great blog post.  There are photos of the neighborhood, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouses, etc.
