The first resolution formally creating the Texas Rangers is approved.

Well yes this is important, considering we live in Texas, but more important I met my soul mate. I know Bill has related some of our history, but today I want to wish HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the best MOTHER-IN-LAW in the world. I meet Bill's mother at a wedding shower I gave for his sister, and she said "you have to meet my son he is perfect for you" Right. Mom also called Bill and told him the same thing. Bill and I met 39 years ago today, his sisters wedding day and the best MOTHER-IN-LAW in the world's birthday, all I can say is my mother-in-law was sure right. Oh and Happy Anniversy to Bill.  Bill's mother and father in Las Vegas, NV, on vaction.
