Does anyone here have much success at open houses? I have done many since I have become a real estate agent, and I have a very hard time turning my guests into clients. Is there something that you do that makes this time successful for you? At times I would rather have noone come at all so that I can just read a book or go online...I know this is the wrong attitude but sometimes I feel more productive when that happens. Let me know what you all do, and what makes it so successful. Thanks!

Show you care, give them something of value to take away that has a call to action with it. If they like what you have to say and they felt a connection and your value item has a call to action. They will call and you get a 2nd chance to wow them. Sometimes it takes 3-4 times to be in front of someone to wow them and turn a lead in to a client.
STAY POSITIVE!
