Well people are starting to come back to Sun Village as the temperatures are cooling down. I just listed a really nice condo. Also have a Santa Rosa model with a Casita and court yard going active on Monday. First week of next month, I will be having a beautiful patio home on the market.
I just heard that the pool will be closed for repairs, but double check to be sure. My Mom just switched from her own pool to the large heated community, which is a lot more convenient. From what the Weatherman said its to be a little warmer than the norm, but the temps will be back to normal with in a week.
