Single Family Home Inventory in the Pikes Peak MLS was nearly 20% higher in September 2008!

Looking at stats for September 2009, Single Family Home inventory in the Pikes Peak MLS is sitting at 5.9 months (compared to 5.6 months in August). Single family inventory has remained at 6 months or lower since May 2009. There is a balanced market in Colorado Springs when inventory sits at 6 months; the market is definitely improving for sellers.

Great news that inventi=ory has been dropping. That is usually the 1st sign of the start of a recovery.
