Syreeta ~ Great marketing post, but I my disagree a bit. You can market all you want but if the home is over priced your effects are wasted. I believe Correct pricing and marketing will get a home sold. We would love to hear your 88 marketing tips.

Monique - We are actually in perfect agreement.  Some of my earlier posts point to price as being the biggest selling point in 2day's market.  With this post I am trying to illustrate how agressive marketing can let the maximum amount of qualified buyers know about that propetly priced house. 

You are right on point though - price is king (or queen:)
