Bert,

You can't beat new construction, energy efficient, modern floor plans, builders' warranty and very few trips to the hardware store. Why buy a foreclosure or short sale when you can get brand new for the same price?

Thanks for your comment. There are advantages to new construction. You can buy a forclosure or short sale for the same price as new construction???? I want to move to Lockport.

New construction sets the pace for home pricing....no one pays more for something used if it can be purchased for the same price and new!!! not happening in Ma.!!!!
