Chrissy, I couldn't help but notice the price. Longmont was always pricie but wow! And are Boulder and Longmont merging?

James -  It really is a great price. I have a comparison that's quite a bit higher in Old Town - hope this goes quickly.

Dena -  It's  not pricey, it's worth it! :)   As for Boulder and Longmont merging - do you mean the ERA offices? If so, we've always been one company with offices in both Boulder and Longmont - it's one of the reasons I joined ERA Tradewind - so I could work both areas. Our 2 owner/brokers each manage different parts of the company. It's really a wonderful place to work!
