Todd, The house was built in the 1930's as a Farm House.  The house and all the land surrounding it was owned by the Black Family.  The main house has since been torn down, so this house was probably used for the workers.  It was originally a 2 room house with no upstairs.

Cimarron, the current owner, was fortunate to actually meet the original owner before he died and he helped her envision what it was like back in the day!
