Ashton Woods Homes to open ready-to-move-in homes in six Orlando area communities to qualify for $8,000 Federal Tax Credit

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has 11 ready-to-move-in homes in six Orlando area communities in time to qualify for the $8,000 Federal tax credit for first time home buyers.

The deadline to qualify for the $8,000 tax credit is Nov. 30, said Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region.

Roche said ready-to-move-in homes will be ready in time for the Tax credit deadline at Wickham Park town homes, The Enclave at Berkshire Park, Thornhill, Lakeside Condominiums and the Lakes of Windermere, all in the Windermere area and at Savannah Park at Heathrow in Lake Mary.

In Windermere off S.R. 535, two new ready-to-move-in homes at both Wickham Park and Thornhill, are priced from $229,900.   One move-in ready condominium at Lakeside Condominiums is priced from $119,900. One single family home is ready at The Cove at the Lakes of Windermere.

Five ready-to-move-in homes at Savannah Park at Heathrow are priced from $169,900

You are fortunate to have a good inventory of homes that are ready to move into that qualify for the tax credit.  We are a little short on good properties at this point.
