ORLANDO, Fla. --- ABD Development Company will open a smaller, smarter version of the award-winning Courtyard model home early next year at Toscana in Palm Coast.
ABD’s Courtyard design won the Home Builders Association’s Grand Prize as best home in its price range for is unique design, which features a full courtyard inside the home, with a swimming pool and pool house.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said the three-bedroom Courtyard III model home will offer 3,033 square feet of living space priced from $500,000, with free pool and lawn maintenance for the first two years.
Kohn said the four-bedroom Manchester model home at Toscana is open now. Fully furnished and professionally decorated, the Manchester model home offers 5,025 square feet of living space.
