ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently completed five lease agreements totaling 8,623 square feet of office space at The Citadel located at 5950 Hazeltine National Drive in southeast Orlando.
Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the agreements representing the landlord, Citadel Partners, Ltd., based at The Villages.
Arlington, Va.-based Longboat HR Services signed a new long-term lease for suite 520 with 2,248 square feet; Victoria’s Secret Stores, LLC renewed its lease of suite 305 with 1,711 square feet, Cottingham & Butler Limited renewed its lease of 1,058 square feet, Noresco, LLC renewed its lease for suite 510 with 1,010 square feet and Orlando-based Global Options Group, Inc. expanded from its existing 10,053 square feet at The Citadel with an expansion lease of 2,596 square feet. Alan Gooch and Wendy Brown of Tizon represented Global Options.
NAI Realvest was given the management and leasing representation of the property in March of this year when the occupancy was at 83 percent and it is now 92 percent. West leads the leasing team at The Citadel.
