The Wind of Flatrock Newfoundland - For Friends Far Away

When God blows wind in Newfoundland, it moves the trees, that grip the land.

It moves the sea, the boats come in.  It moves the heart, the thoughts of Him.

Some winds will take your breath away and carry where the seagulls play.

So oft the wind will move the day, yet ne'er we see it pass our way.

We stop to gaze and then a phrase, we think of life and offer praise.

Thanks for gentle winds and more, the sights, the sounds, the sheltered shore.

Thanks for life, for ears and eyes, for beauty in wind and sea and skies.

Greg, looking at these photos hurts ... I don't know how else to explain it.  You're killing me.  It's like a piece of me is always left behind, when I leave the seaside.  Looking at your photos reminds me of my other home.

Silvie,  Sorry about giving you photos that hurt.  I was thinking they might be somewhat soothing to you.  I would not have made a good doctor I guess.  Good thing I gave up the notion 30 years ago. I will have to reconsider doing videos of the ocean I guess. ;)

LOL

Oh yes ... the videos, with sound, will be absolutely wonderful.  I can't wait. :)

Greg, they hurt, but in a good way.  Please don't stop. :)
You have a great bedside manner.
