This home would not allow for FHA Financing?

I have a customer that showed some interest in a bank owned home in Tampa Bay. In the realtor only remarks it said this home would not allow for FHA Financing. 

I recently have come into contact with a new mortgage person.  I contacted him and asked him if FHA was out of the question for this home.  I was told that his mortgage underwriter has decided to be open and flexible on those points, based on today's real estate market and the condition of some preforeclosures and bank owned homes in Tampa Bay.  

I was pleasantly surprised.  This information is a great advantage for my buyers!! My buyer should be able to get the home below asking price and also get a terrific mortgage program.
