OTTAWA REAL ESTATE QUESTIONS

One of the Ottawa Real Estate Questions I never have to ask myself is whether my CELL PHONE is a necessary tool in my business !! Well if you do not own a cell phone or a Blackberry or equivalent devise, you simply cannot be in this business.Yet new traffic laws from October 26th are coming into effect whereby you can get a $500 fine for talking on your cell phone whilst driving.Apparently this fine kicks in from February 1st 2010.I for one am going to struggle with this new rule, using the time on the road to return calls etc, however I am certain that this rule is  A GOOD THING as many road accidents are caused by a lack of focus on driving and I certainly do not want to be responsible for an accident involving anybody including myself.So a word of warning to all Real Estate Agents in Ottawa, DO NOT TALK ON YOUR CELL PHONE WHILST DRIVING ANY LONGER, else you risk a $ 500 fine.For any other Ottawa Real Estate QuestioNS FEEL FREE To visit me at http://OttawaRealEstateQuestions.com
