•·        Christmas at grandma's.

•·        Trick or Treating.

•·        New itchy clothes on Easter Sunday at Church.

•·        Family pictures.

•·        The smell of a new puppy.

•·        Going fishing and not caring, if you catch a fish.

•·        First love.

•·        First breakup.

•·        My first child.

•·        Riding on a tractor with Grandpa.

•·        That first car wreck.

I grew up with similar vantage points. I remember those itchy suits at Easter. I think many of those vantage points still might have to squint at times to see them ...but many are still there

Thanks for the reminder of what a great country and time we grew up in. It's a shame our grandchildren are growing up in a totally different world.

If only there were more ways to get today's "me" generation to understand how important it is to live a lifetime of values.  For now I'll appreciate that there is at least one more like me, and work on those around me one at a time.  Thanks for a great start to my Sunday!
