4. Many times the monthly payment for your home may be more than rent, but with the many financing options there are ways to keep the expense within your budget. Many folks don't take into account the homeowner tax benefits that can save you a lot of money on income tax.
5. Timing is eveything! Although none of us have that "crystal ball" to tell us where the market is heading, history has proven that there are real estate cycles and statistically we are at a housing market low. That fact, along with low interest rates and government incentives currently available make it a great time to jump into the home owner category.
