Great article explaining why the now is the market of a generation for buyers at the entry level. Buyers generally look to pay more than the same property would rent for, as it makes sense given the tax advantages of owning and the ability to lock a rate in for 30 years. The differential is near all-time lows in the lower priced parts of Orange County and Los Angeles Counties.
