Real Estate Agent with EXIT REALTY SOLUTIONS

Texas is blessed that is for sure as Humble Texas is targeted to get 5000 new jobs.  The continuing development in our area is wonderful.

Channel 11 News reports that the company named CHI is planning to open a new appliance factory with products designed by former NASA scientists.

"We take anyone that walks in that's really looking for a job and if they've got the qualification then they've got a job with us," said CHI President Shauky Gulamani.

The company plans to hire 5,000 new employees over the next five years, and they're not just looking for factory workers.  Gulamani said they're also hiring scientists, engineers, electricians and administrative support.

As for the new appliance line, President Shauky Gulamani said it will be state-of-the-art.  Bacteria killing vacuum cleaners and to coffee makers that will not scorch the coffee.Jobs in Humble TX,real estate in Humble tx,relocation humble tx,edward bachman realtor

It is this kind of innovation and employment that has people from all over the USA moving to Texas and to NE Houston.  If you find yourself with the unfortunate situation of having to relocate due to work, and need a qualified Realtor to help you with your needs, please contact me to familiarize you with the area.

Jobs are always a great thing for a local area. Now, they are going to need homes. Call the HR manager and get the beat.

Susan, I have not heard where the factory will be but am also wondering.  Either way, with the Dino Park and Liberty Motorsports Race Track etc, we stand to be further blessed in the immediate growth sector of Hwy 59

Tom, it IS good fortune and logistically a great location as it is sandwiched between two major freeways and right next to Bush Intercontinental airport.

Edward,

Great news for the Houston area.  Went to Houston a few weeks back and saw a CHI facility off of the Hardy Toll Road.

As a Native Texan myself, you don't think the lack of a state income tax has a little to do with people moving there? LOL
