The name Ron Bloom is one we need to start paying attention to. He has a long history of being the negotiating face of unions in a suit.
He is a Harvard Business School graduate who has worked for the unions beginning with SEIU for decades.
Why should SEIU ring a bell with your? This is the union organization founded by Wade Rathke. The same Rathke that co-founded Acorn with his brother. The same Rathke brothers who are behind the Tides organization.
The Tides organization provided the funds to produce the video our kids were shown in school - "The Story of Stuff". Remember the one that depicted manufacturing as evil and the reason we are destroying our planet.
The most recent union he represented was the United Steel Workers (USW) before becoming a part of the automotive team that Obama put together.
This is another high-ranking White House appointee extolling the virtues of Chinese leader Mao Tse-tung. When White House manufacturing czar Ron Bloom was an executive at the United Steelworkers Union, he addressed a 2008 forum on the union role in bankruptcy.
