CONGRATULATIONS go out to Nick and Abby Simonsons. 
They got the keys to their first home tonight. They worked hard to save money and go through the loan qualifying process. Special thanks to Joe Auvil at First National Home Loans for putting the financing together.
Nick and Abby were a real pleasure to work with. I told them right up front to ask lots of questions and they did. Educating themselves by listening to their Realtor and doing their own research helped give them the confidence they needed to make good decisions. Seeing the parents on both sides giving such strong support to their kids was heartwarming.
They have their work cut out for them putting in new floors, painting,(all 1,700+ sq. ft.) just doing what it takes to make it THEIR HOME. What a wonderful future they have ahead, especially as they watch the equity grow in their home from all their hard work and time. Sure beats renting.
