Craig.  Thanks for having a look.  I am planning to put one of these together for sellers as well.  When buyers and sellers need information, I hope these will become useful.

Hi Fran and Nettie,

Prices all over the island of Newfoundland and Labrador have been rising in the recent years.  The province has a lot to offer and will continue to be a very desirable place to live.  Many people are moving here from outside the province and some from outside the country.

Our climate in the spring through fall is very moderate and as the world becomes more and more affected by global warming, I believe that Newfoundland will be a go to place for people around the world.

The crime rate here is very low, our scenery is fantastic, the way of life is relaxed, the health care system is exceptional and Newfoundlanders are among the friendliest and warmest people on earth.

Buying a home in the Burin Peninsula area will no doubt be a safe investment in the long term.  I think your idea is one that makes great sense and I would not hesitate.

Thanks for checking out my blog post and don't hesitate to get in touch and let me know when you are planning to come.  I will make sure you have someone in that area to assist you with your quest.

In the mean time if you would like me to set up a MLS search for you so you can see what homes are available in your specific price range just let me know.  Check out my email address above.

Cheers.

Greg
