Hey, My First Post! (Finally!)

Hello Everyone,

Well, here is my long awaited first post. I would like to say thank you to Yvonne Root for her encouragement and help with writing my first post. Thank you, Yvonne!

This is a vacant house I staged in Scottsdale Az. The house was on the market for a year with only one offer, it fell through at closing. The realtor called me and I staged all but 3 secondary bed rooms & 3 bath rooms (4500sf.) It sold in 13 days! These are just a few of the photos.
