Yesterday I had the privilege to meet Matt, Lydia and Caleb. They had put together a wonderful bash at Logan's Road House Grill in Orlando, Florida.
I had the opportunity to really get to know these 3 people and imagine they flew all the way from Washington to meet me! OK, I would like to think that but I have to tell you they all made me feel that way.
Before meeting them, I kinda read their post, you know skim the surface of their posts and only comment when I wanted something or needed something, meaning me giving input in a change or getting one of our special posts on the lists. I never really took the time to acknowledge them after all without them what would I be doing right now?
Honestly I have never really thought about how hard they work in an attempt to keep 35,583 people happy. I can assure you they take everything and everyone into consideration.
I know this now because I met them! They do their best and spend hours and hours trying to fine tune the system and imagine their system, this great network, their support and it's all for FREE!
Each one of them are so warm and I felt I was amongst old friends. As I sat and talked with them I came to realize really what this network was about, I could hear it their voices, the passion each one of them have, their intent and the gift they gave each of us.
I asked a few questions more on a personal note than business but I do know each of them spend many hours on the computer helping each and everyone of us every single day!
All of them surprised me with their personalities. Each extremely intelligent, warm and very open but very different from the other. At one point, I heard Caleb talking passionately about what the network was all about. Ok, I have to admit my heart went pitter-patter. That is the reason the network means so much to me. The passion.....
So Matt...Lydia...Caleb...Thank You So Much.....for taking a flight to see me, preparing the party in which I had a very good time, the great dinner we all shared, the awesome intentions that you have for the network and for allowing me to be a part of it. So I hope that you will forgive me that I have taken you all for granted for so long and now I am able to place a person to the on-line presence. It won't happen again, Matt....Lydia....Caleb I'm sorry and I promise to visit you more often!
