Real Estate is local. You may hear the national reports but you have to look in your own backyard. This kind of information really intrigues me so I spend a lot of time researching several sources.

This report will show you homes in your immediate neighborhood that are for sale and homes that have sold. It has some very cool charts and pictures. The other report I subscribe to is a zipcode report. This gives valuable information by zipcode and you will be able to see the future trends in real estate.
