I was thinking. We all have to give up either lyfe style or good Real Estate pricing. So if you want to live in the "Big Apple" remember that you are also paying for the excitment to live in the capital of the world. Now, there is NOTHING wrong with Youngstown, but I am just not ready yet to milk cows and feed chickens.

I wish I knew where Miami stands in that list. Florida has a very good combination of crazy luxury condos way to overprized, and a very affordable $150,000.00 cute condos on the beach. Don't believe me??? go to my website www.OneMiamiParadise.com and do your own serach.

And please, if you live in Youngstown, don't take my comment personally. I actually love Ohio and My Twin and I go to Twinsburg Ohio every year for a little vacation. Just not ready yet to move there. =)
