Fellows, Do you have a Way to do it Automatically or a way to save more time?

Fellows,

I am thinking a way to do Contracts to save time and be more efficient when you need to have them ON PDF format.

What is your best way to save time and do a Real Estate Contract when you need them to have on PDF format?

This is what I do right now, but it takes some steps that I would like to save.

1) Make the Real Estate Contract on Realfast
2) Print it
3) Sign it and get signatures from your client
4) Scan it and convert it to PDF
5) Email it

for those of you who use Tablet Noteboks, can you sign in the PDF without problems? I am wondering if I can save those steps that I do above and just do them like this:

1) Make the Real Estate Contract on Realfast
2) Convert it to PDF
3) Sign it through the PDF with the pen of a Tablet Notebook, Can we do that?

Let me know, I am very interested on something more efficient that saves more time.

Making them PDF is easy.  With Acrobat professional if the program doesn't merge with Acrobat you then can go to print and print it to PDF.  All files will be made into a PDF.  This works on almost any file format.  There is also a reduce file command that allows you to compress the file making it easier to e-mail.

I have not utilized electronic signatures to date, but will be adding them this year.

Ray I only have adobe reader. But from what you are describing it sounds like it would certainly work. I can operate everything on my computer or the Internet by use of the "pen". It takes the place of the mouse when in that mode so would probably write on the PDF. It also changes writing into text.

Randy,   Yes, convert it to a PDF it is not a problem, it is fast and easy, the problem was to put signatures directly to a PDF,   and I made my master piece ,   fast and easy,  just the only tool that we lack, it is a tablet notebook,   I do not know right now how much it will be the cheapest one, but  we should use it just for this purposes, contracts and documents that we want to have signatures on the fly.

Bryant,

I created my master piece ! :) that I want to share with all of you,  it will be very useful for you, it was very fast, just I was wondering if I could do that, but yes, you can do it on the fly,  with your tablet notebook and this software you can make great contracts on the fly, there is not need to use a third party service or whatever other stuff,  you can do everything on your own just with Adobe Acrobat Professional, I do not know of other software that do the same as acrobat professional for this kind of purpose,   that's the most easy way.

I just need a Tablet Notebook,   ooh my god, :)    These days are cheap right?  I do not need a fancy one or a poweful one, I just need to   run windows, run adobe and a light weight one, so you can take it everywhere as a   notebook , but you have everything there without the need to print it unless you need to give copies or something.

In AZ, we use zipform...Once you have filled out the docs, you can print and fax to clients or immediately save as PDF and email to clients, depending on their preference!!

Ray with a tablet you first "print" the document to Journal Notes. Then you get it signed there, then convert back to a PDF by printing it to a PDF file again. Easy!

Mary, I'm not a "Tablet" user - yet. Do you think this will work with ZipForms? If you haven't seen it before, this is a contract software package used by many agents around the country.

Mary, thanks for your comment, I was not thinking that it was not easy or difficult, I was thinking of the best way possible to save time and to save money, there are some services that they charge for that, I have seen those. The best way that I have found it it is  with Adobe Acrobat PRO   with a tablet notebook or a tablet tool,  I will post this later, I have not had time to help users lately, very busy, but I will :)

thanks friend for your comment !,  I do not know journal notes, but thanks for letting me know about that 2.
