The murder mystery tour was a huge success! The event brought almost 60 people to the property. It was definitely a tour to talk about and house to remember. Realtors are a fun bunch..I though I'd share a few photos and before and after pictures of the property.

The show attendees had a great time getting into their character..was funny to watch the Realtors get into playing their parts!

We invite you to preview this incredible property 10/28/09 at a special "Murder Mystery Tour" sponsored by Debbie Mckay, Brooks Furniture Rental and Margaret Gehr of Rearrange It Interiors. Join us for food, wine and some fun.

A 45 minute show performed by professional actors starts at 4:00pm. A film production company will be filming and local reporters will be in attendance. Come have some fun and help solve the mystery!

Michele, It was definately one of the harder projects we've done as this builder/owner had very specific ideas as to how things should look. I often had to back to the staging VS decorating speech.

A tremendous Tudor turnaround! What a marvelous marketing concept that seemed to be very well received, congrats. Great staging, especially with 8,000sqf. Sometimes homes of this size can seem to big, what am I saying, they ARE TO BIG!

Kimo, long time no see..how are you? Thanks you. I seem to do a lot of these monster big houses. Recently staged a 7000 sq ft & a 10,000 sq ft palatial one. I'll have to post some pictures. They definately harder as the builders,,owners,,agents are more discrimating in regards to what I bring in. Its not easy to make regular furniture feel high-end.
