The Mortgage Question

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Agents Realty
You've searched through listing after listing. You've gone to more open houses than you can count. You've asked so many questions you can't remember the answers. And then, after weeks, months, sometimes years of searching, you find your dream home. Now what?

Many of my buyers are overwhelmed by the seemingly endless amount of numbers and jargon involved in real estate lending. From the interest rates to the closing costs and everything in between, oftentimes my clients have trouble making sense of it all. That's why it makes perfect sense to have someone whose experience and knowledge in real estate can help them make more informed decisions. Call or email me and we can sort it out together.

Yes, you are correct Dallas....it can be overwhelming for buyers.  I was hoping the new HUD coming out would help but it sounds like it is just as awkward.  Keep up the good work....it is professionals like you who help clear the way...

A prospective home buyer who relies on open houses for inventory is missing out on a lot of good homes for sale.

Sad, sad.
