There will be carnival games, a bounce house, face painting, trick or treating, lots of candy and more. And the best part? It's absolutely FREE to kids and their parents. I hope so, too, Carra. I'm looking at what else is available for free in the area so I can post those as well. I want to do something a little different on Halloween this year because we don't seem to have many trick-or-treaters in my neighborhood.
