Poll - Any Suggestions for Good Training on Note Buying?

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Toliver Real Estate Solutions, LLC

I am interested in note buying and would like to get educated to ensure that I get the most bang for my buck.  I am looking for practical training that walks student thru the following:   How to analyze the cash value of a note for sell,  what are the risks, what documents are necessary and how to complete them properly.  Maybe student-mentor split for the first couple deals.  You get the point.  Anyone out there actually buying and selling notes in today's market?  If so, sound off and tell me about your experience and training.

I don't have a clue.  I think you should put it in your mattress, bury it in mason jars, or just put it in your safe.

Thanks for your response Gregg;  For the past year or so I would certainly had better rate of return in a "mason jar" type bank

Denise,

I teach note buying to investors and realtors all across the country.  I was actually a guest speaker at the NAR conference in New Orleans this year.  Call me to discuss at 512-585-3810.  I actually have a TREC approved MCE course as well on note buying!
