Glendale is a new home community being built by homebuilder Richmond American Homes in the Northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley. The community consists of 66 homesites averaging about 3300 square feet apiece. It also contains about a 1/2 acre of green space right in the middle of the community.
There are 4 floorplans available to be built. The smallest being a single story at 950 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroomsm currently priced at $145,990. The rest are all 2 story floor plans ranging from 2350 up to 2650. All of the 2 story floor plans are available to get an optional 3rd story, which will give you roughly an extra 350 square feet of space. Pricing on these begin at $225,990.
