Midtown Village seems to be moving along quickly. This is the first development of its kind in the city of Tuscaloosa. Midtown is a mixed-use community located on McFarland Blvd. in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Presently, this mixed-use community is offering 1,2, & 3 bedroom condos (214 out of 224 already sold) on location with retail shops. I'm not really sure what the completion date is, but the following tenants have committed to the project:
Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Chipotle restaurant, Bama Fever, Coldwater Creek, Ulta, Nail Club, Panera Bread, & more.
The development's grand opening will be in February 2008.
