Where are the ActiveRain point dogs?

Great stuff.  I do more than the minimum and yes....I comment on the blogs of those who comment on mine.  Good tips.

Russel, Great tips and I have gradually reached the point where I am doing all three things.  I usually comment on more than 10 although I still need to comment on more and I always have at least 5 different people that I have never read or commented on before.

Russel, I really enjoy your blogs. I am starting with few comments a day for now, but I will take your advise and comment much much more.

Hey, Gary - I do my 10 daily comments on people who have commented on my blog since they are easier to find. Then I try to do another 10 comments on people I don't know.

Hey, Haris - Don't get addicted to ActiveRain, though, or you'll be in the same boat with the rest of us. LOL

Hey, Rick - Actually, if you keep track like I do, you'll find that just about everyone, probably more than 95%, return comment for comment. For those who have a lot of followers and commenters, it just takes a while to get back. It takes me about three weeks right now, but I suspect when the holidays roll around with some good late season football games, I'll be able to do thirty or forty comments a day. I'm going to try to break my record of 133 comments in one day. That should help me catch up!

Hey, Bob and Carolin - Did you notice that Zoey the Cool Cat is asleep and the pointer is pointing the opposite direction. That wasn't an accident! LOL

Hey, John - I think one of the things I most enjoy about ActiveRain is the comments, but even more so is that except in the rarest of circumstances, even the comments of those with whom I disagree are Polite, Personable, Positive, Pleasant, and Professional. I can't say that about the site where I played from March 2003 to July 2008 before coming here permanently.

Hey, Leslie - You would have enjoyed where I was yesterday out in horse country. Got some great pictures of horses, including a miniature horse, out in the boondocks.

Thanks for the breakdown! I was never quite sure exactly how the points are awarded. I love getting out there and reading all the wonderful posts!

There truly are some point dogs out there. I've even seen people switch towns deliberately so that they could be a featured agent for a town where everyone else had less points than that individual.
