Our home was built in 1984...however, with all the remodeling, it looks like new! Everything, from the dark hardwood flooring, lovely tile, neutral carpet, neutral paint, outside paint, all new. (even all the lighting fixtures...and outlets are new and crisp white) Wood burning fireplace in living room, gated in-ground pool, as well as deck in fenced in backyard. There is no wasted space in this house! We enjoy the screened in back porch very often. Large double car garage. The neighborhood is hilly and just lovely as well as private. The home sits nicely on top of a hill. We love the character this neighborhood has with the older homes as well as the brand new ones! The home also has a great 1/2 bath downstairs that for some reason will not list here. The home also has a wonderful breakfast room, with built in desk beyond the kitchen. It sits in between kitchen and living room. Lots of closet space, as well as an awesome pantry area in the kitchen. Erik and I have really enjoyed living here. The space is lovely, and we really enjoy our neighbors, as well as the neighborhood. We were lucky to get into one of the hilly neighborhoods. The bedrooms are all very good sizes w/nice closets.
