HOMEOWNER TAX CREDIT UPDATE...

By
Mortgage and Lending with American Portfolio Mortgage Corp

Although not final, and all the details are not in ~ last Wednesday Senators agreed to extend the current $8000 tax credit for first-time buyers who sign contract by by the end of April and close by the end of June 2010.

If passed, there will also be a reduced tax credit incentive of $6500 for repeat homeowners purchasing a home who have owned their current homes for at least 5yrs.

...On another note: WE"RE GROWING!! ~ We recently merged with American Fidelity Mortgage Services Inc. By doing so we are now a Mortgage Banker and licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Florida.

Ok so what about us that would like to move up but have only had our home 3 0r 4 years. Seems like if we are doing over 5 we should open this to everyone.
