"But We Never Get Anything Out Of Our Live Chat"
We know, it's a pita to have a live chat always on on your site, and it often just looks bad to have a link with "No Operators Available." But what if you could inexpensively provide 3, 10, 50, or even a few hundred "Live Chat" links that are on whenever members of your team are in their email accounts?A ReTechulous Live Chat Approach:
1. Make sure everyone in your organization has a gmail account and understands how much better gmail is than other alternatives. This will not only boost productivity within your real estate office, (especially if it gets folks off of AOL) it will also make it possible for you to create free "Live Chat" links for all of your agents and staff. 2. Have each agent log in to gmail, then head over to Google's "chatback talk page" and follow the instructions to create a chat link embed code. 3. Embed the code snippets on one page of your site, one on top of the other. 4. Generate a "Live Chat" Link that's present on every page of your site, and links to the page with all the live chat code snippets. 5.
