Changing Seasons

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams of Northern Colorado

I am very blessed to live in Northern Colorado. Our seasons are so beautiful.

Waiting for the next season is wonderful, I enjoy outdoor activities in all.

It is so wonderful to take a client all around when the leaves are turning color in the fall. I especially like my out of town buyers to see a lot of area before they decide which is the best for them to live in. Some of them come with a school district in mind, others just want to see what is out there.

We have a variety of areas close to Fort Collins that we can show property in. This is great for buyers because the drive is not far and they can make the choice of which area is best for them.

Showing property in the snow is a challenge, but I was able to get a contract during our last storm which we go twenty four inches of snow in two days.

I was very amazed and I think that was on of my posts on Active Rain.

Success to All.

Having grown up in New England, I'm a big fan of the season changes (except for the winter to spring, very wet and rainy).  I'm not quite ready for snow yet, though!

Terri, that's what I like about Northern Virginia. We have four seasons but the weather is not as drastic as in your area. I used to visit Denver on business. Colorado is a nice picturesque State.

Growing up on a horse ranch in Texas and moving up to the Rockies at 38 it became apparant during my first fall that I really grew up missing seasonal things. Now with roots dug in deeply around here-I just call them "flatlanders"

I love the changing seasons. We have pretty leaves now, too. But I know snow, ice, and mud are coming. That's OK.
