What a beautiful day here in the Carolina's and I am so thankful and blessed to wake to such a wonderful Thursday. We love spending time on Lake James and enjoy the amazing views, it's our place to enjoy all of God's creations. If you want a beautiful place to visit you must take a drive to Lake James, in North Carolina. I am so thankful for my husband, family, friends and my clients. Nothing is better then waking up to your family and hearing their voices. What a feeling to know you have another day to make someone smile.

Wisdom is the sharing of wise experiences and knowledge, but a lot of it is common sense. The difference is how we apply this common sense - we all have the ability to keep going even when we face challenges in our lives - basically it comes down to your attitude.

We can have a positive attitude towards life, or a negative attitude. We can focus on the good or we can focus on the bad. Keeping a positive mental attitude is one of the keys to success.
The choice is always up to you!

I found this beautiful story on the web about Thanksgiving and had to share with everyone. I could not speak the words any better then you will read below... beautifully stated.

Thought For The Day

Thanksgiving or Thanksliving

by Catherine Pulsifer

Thanksgiving has always been for me a time to be thankful for all the blessings in my life. But how do we live thanksgiving? I found the answer to that question in an article written by Wilfred A. Peterson called, The Art of Thanksgiving. In this article he talks about acts of thanksliving. To quote from this piece, Mr Peterson writes:

"The art of thanksgiving is thanksliving. It is gratitude in action. It is applying Albert Schweitzer's philosophy: 'In gratitude for your own good fortune you must render in return some sacrifice of your life for the other life.'"

The article goes on to give examples of what how we could live in a thanksliving way:

- By living your life triumphantly
- By being grateful for all who have helped you by you doing things for others
- By striving to make others happy
- By helping to be an inspiration to others
- By living each day to the fullest
- By using your talents and obligations to be invested for the common good
- By facing the challenges of life as a challenge for achievement
- By enjoying what you have and sharing it with others

Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for all we have,
but thanksliving is a way of life that if implemented could improve the quality of life not only for you and me, but for others. Do you live in a thanks giving way?

Wishing everyone a fabulous weekend, may it be filled with lots of laugther and joy

Quote for the day.....

Be thankful every morning when you get up
that you have something to do that day which must be done,
whether you like it or not." ~ Charles Kingsley
