We are at an age where many of our friends and neighbors have elderly relatives that can no longer live on their own. Since there are varying degrees and various prices and of "assisted living" , you will have to do some home work to become knowledgable in your market. There are senior condos which may just offer wider doorways, bathrooms that are "walker friendly"...walk in showers, etc. Senior apartments with their own cooking facilities but with the added comfort of having bed and bathroom "calling cords" and check up phone calls. Lifecare apartments that also have extended lifetime healthcare in another part of the facility. Some places are all private pay, some qualify for medicare reinmbursement. Perhaps there is a local association that offers a directory...OR you could make one available on your website and as a direct mail piece. When a child or care giver is suddenly faced with the reality that living alone is no longer an option...you be offering the best and most comforting new home to both the "senior" and the caregiver.
