Chase International real estate agent Mike Young was recently voted in as president-elect of the Nevada Association of Realtors® (NVAR). Mike who works out of our Incline Village and Tahoe City offices, will begin his duties in 2010 as president-elect before officially taking office in 2011, followed by an additional year of service providing input and guidance as past president in 2012.

Mike has worked in real estate since relocating to Lake Tahoe nearly 30 years ago. He has been involved in NVAR since 2005. He served as president of the local organization in 2006 and spent four years on the public policy committee. He currently serves as NVAR's 2009 treasurer.
Mike was voted in by the 42-member board of directors. NVAR represents more than 16,000 Nevada realtors.
His broker Kerry Donovan is quoted as saying "It's really fantastic to have such a talented and knowledgeable person step up into a vital leadership role within the state. It's a huge undertaking."
