Well it passed! I now have $6500 reasons to get off the fence and use the Homebuyer tax credit! Personally, I think the market has already benefitted from the first time buyer $8000 tax credit, (at least the lower priced homes) and now it's been extended and opened the door for other opportunities. If you're still sitting on the fence then get moving! Call your Real Estate agent! Agents- get off the fence and call your clients! I know I'm tempted to buy a house!
