This was a listing sent to one of my clients...the listing price is currently 85 million...do you think the guy could afford spell check for that price????

Plans ready to submit to city for new custom home with 10 bedrooms 14 baths, theater with mezanine level and sound studio, gym sauna/spa and dance studio, 2 offices and maids quarters, grand ballroom and formal and inforaml dining rooms. large games room, wine cellar in the grotto with cheese tasting room in a romantic italian setting. home is medeteranian style with detailed use of ancient real stones off the streets of rome and many detailed fireplaces some over 500 years old and a good use of anciet and detailed doors and surrounds. home also calls for the latest smart home technoligy.and security system to ensure privacy.gated security entrance with gate house and treed driveway lead up to the home per plans which also boats a cascading waterfall form the mid level to the entrance and BEACH pool. as you can imagine No expense is spared in this proposed masterpiece.tennis court heli pad if permited . very private and serne location a few mins to

If I were the seller, I would question the wisdom of listing with this broker....

I think my 11-year grandson could have written a better description. He would have at least gotten the spelling correct. LOL

WOW!  Doesn't this just floor you?  Imagine an 85 million dollar house without a photo or drawings or anything...

The Real Estate licensing exam here in Washington didn't have a spelling test, but sometimes I wish it did.  I'm grateful for spell check here in AR, and before I send any written pieces out I have my live in editor go over them, my wife.

Jodie ~ Oh my, pehaps this is someone who has not mastered the English language.  BTW, I was born in Encino :)  I visit the area often as my daughter and family lives there.
