IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY HEARD, THERE IS A NEW TAX CREDIT FOR CURRENT HOMEOWNERS.  IF YOU HAVE LIVED IN YOUR CURRENT RESIDENCE FOR 5 OUT OF 8 YEARS, AND IT'S YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE, YOU MAY QUALIFY. THE HOME MUST BE UNDER CONTRACT BY APRIL 30TH, 2010.
