Impressions

First impressions - They say you never get a second chance at a first impression

True statement, and even though there may be no second chance, you can still learn how to do better the next time you're in the position to make

First impressions - there is opportunity every single day ... try taking advantage of some ...

A fallen leaf makes an impression in the sand -

       colored leaves on the tree!

When shopping & running errands, make eye contact , speak to someone you don't know......

A simple smile or friendly greeting warms the day.......,

Ways to make a Great first impression:

Be On TIME

Be Prepared

Be Informed

Be Friendly

Be YOURSELF!

First impressions not only apply to real estate agents, but I often remind my sellers that the front yard, curb appeal and even the entry at the front door, is your first opportunity to make a good first impression.  Do you realize how long the buyer is standing at the front door while the agent is preparing to enter?
