Whopat opis thopis opaopbout?  Thopis Crooazy.   Love it Robin. I too have to just shake my head when I read some of MLS remarks.  The sellers would not be happy - and I wonder why the broker doesn't do some training on these issues.

Howdy there Robin

I sure can't say a whole lot about missen up with spelling, seen that I have miss up at times  myself on my blog posts. But I do make sure that I always use the spell checker, when writing my inspection reports.

Robin, Looking through the MLS more often these days, I see this quite often.  This post would be funny if it wasn't so true.  Good news is, I'm learning to read that way :)

Robin, There are people who just do not possess the ability to spell correctly. Spellcheck is a perfect solution for them and they should use it!

Robin, That is just plain sad!!  I have rather savvy seller's and they typically look their listing up. (although I always send it to them also) This seller will be in for the surprise of their life if they look this up.

Shoot I even usually spell check my comments.  My spelling use to be good but too much Internet has made me lazy.

Funny/sad it may be, but also pretty annoying to those of us who try hard to get things right. Not that I'm obsessive about it or anything!

Robin, I am sometimes shocked when I go back to read my own posts and see typos.  On listings I always make sure there are no errors.  Seeing the spelling errors, etc., in our MLS makes me cringe.

Perhaps when sellers are interviewing agents, they should have a spelling Bee!
