I really need some help short cutting the agonizingly long process to get BPOs and REO listings.
I'm located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, along the North Shore....
I've been in the business 8+ years and have completed all of the certification requirements and classes to now add another designation to my resume...I'm an ABR, CRS, GRI, SRES, CNS and now a SFR...but the timeline to get into the REO/BPO club is a dauntingly long one...can some one give me a leg up that doesn't require another hand in my pocket?
It seems that loads of our brethern want to teach us the secrets...at a price...like the other opportunists, who want to pick our pockets when ever they get the chance. If we are truely brothers under the skin...then why not help steer me, and others like me, to asset managers or the ilk, who want and need qualified and experieced agents to help them dispose of inventory. They openly need more quality agents, but who they are...( seems to be a well guarded secret) In 99% of the time a newly employed agent WON'T take a dollar out of your pocket...so why not consider helping people like me cut thru some of the red tape. I know I would be indebted to a real RAINMAKER.
